This is the existential struggle of women in every field they participate in. They change equations and disprove theories to prove one thing: the skill of showcasing overshadows all the skills and fundamentals of life.
The female artist is both a woman and an artist; she is not a mirror of her artwork to be evaluated based on her beauty. She is not a performing artist.
Art speaks to minds and does not appeal to the allure and adornments of life. Art can make the ugly beautiful, and the beautiful may reflect as ugly.
Do not subject female artists to this crisis because the biggest loser is the art connoisseur.
The collector knows well how to collect, why to collect, and from whom to collect. But the art connoisseur will lose the presence of the female artist who offers art but faces social decline in demand, resulting in performative visual art.
